Is there a minimum deposit requirement?

There is no minimum deposit in order to start trading with Fondex.

What deposit and withdrawal methods do you support?

You can deposit and withdraw funds via bank wire transfer, various e-wallets, multiple credit cards and other payment methods.

How do I deposit to my account?

In order to deposit funds into your account, you will need to follow two simple steps:

  • From the Deposits & Withdrawals section on the Fondex website, click the “Deposits” tab. Then choose your preferred method from the list of available payment providers and click the “Deposit Now” button on the right.
  • You will then be automatically redirected to the deposit window on the Fondex cTrader web platform, where you have to enter your details and complete your deposit.

Alternatively, if you are already logged in Fondex cTrader, you can fund your account by clicking the “Deposit” button.

How long does it take for deposits to be credited?

Deposits in our clients’ accounts are credited instantly.

What deposit currencies do you support?

Fondex supports various currencies such as EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, CHF, RUB, AED and many more. For a full list of supported currencies per deposit method, please visit our Deposits & Withdrawals page, where you can also find further details and useful information on the deposit process.

How do I make a withdrawal?

In order to make a withdrawal from your account, you will need to follow two simple steps:

  1. From the Deposits & Withdrawals section on the Fondex website, click the “Withdrawals” tab. Then choose your preferred method from the list of available payment providers and click the “Withdraw Now” button on the right.
  2. You will then be automatically redirected to the withdrawal window on the Fondex cTrader web platform, where you have to enter your details and complete your withdrawal request.

Alternatively, if you are already logged in Fondex cTrader, you can fund your account by clicking the “Deposit” button.

How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?

Withdrawal requests are processed by our team within 24 hours. The withdrawal completion depends on the payment provider that each client uses to complete the transfer.

Can I request a withdrawal if I have open positions?

Yes, you can make a withdrawal request if you have open positions. Please note that the request will be processed only if the withdrawal amount is less than the existing equity in your account.

Do you charge any fees for withdrawals?

Fondex doesn’t charge you fees for withdrawing your funds, but your payment provider may charge you transaction fees. To view the full list of charges per payment provider, please visit our Deposits & Withdrawals page and select the “Withdrawals” tab.

Do I have to request a withdrawal via the same method I used to deposit?

Yes, all withdrawals must be made via the same method you used to deposit.
